Please carefully read these Terms before using Renttio. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform.
Eligibility and Registration

Use of Platform : Renttio provides a platform for Users to discover and book accommodations. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the listed properties. Renttio is not a paty to any rental agreement between Users and Hosts.
Accuracy of Listings : Hosts are responsible for providing accurate information about their properties, including pricing, availability, and property details. Renters should carefully review listing information before booking.
Booking and Payments : Users can book accommodations through Renttio’s platform. By making a booking, you agree to pay the total amount specified, including any applicable service fees and taxes. Payments are processed securely through Renttio’s payment system.
Cancellation Policy : Hosts may have their own cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated in their listings. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding these policies before booking.
Damage and Security Deposits : Some Hosts may require security deposits. Any damages or violations of house rules may result in charges deducted from the deposit. Communication between Users and Hosts regarding deposit details is encouraged.
User Responsibilities
Host Responsibilities : Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, providing a safe and clean environment, and complying with all local laws and regulations related to hosting. Hosts should also clearly communicate house rules to Renters.
Renter Responsibilities : Renters agree to treat the Host’s property with respect, adhere to house rules, and follow all applicable laws and regulations. Any damage or misconduct may result in additional charges.
Privacy and Data Collection
Renttio’s Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Renttio, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes between Users, Renttio encourages open communication to resolve issues amicably. If disputes cannot be resolved, Renttio may provide dispute resolution services.
Termination
Renttio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or our policies.
Changes to Terms
Renttio may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of Renttio after such changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Disclaimer : Renttio is a platform that connects Users and Hosts. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of accommodations, or the conduct of Users or Hosts. Renttio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform.
Indemnification
Indemnity : You agree to indemnify and hold Renttio harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform, including any violation of these Terms.
